City of Lights has smaller creamy lemon blooms that absolutely smother the plant. These flowers have the most pleasant sweet citrus fragrance which can be smelt from metres away. The bush has a compact growth habit with dark glossy foliage. This rose is ideal for the smaller garden.  Height 80cm
