Pre-Orders

We order in many of our roses seasonally in large batches. Because of this, many varieties are only available at certain times of year. Pre-ordering gives you the chance to reserve these roses ahead of the main dispatch season before limited seasonal stock sells out.

This approach allows us to:

• Better align our ordering, making sure larger quantities of popular varieties are available for longer.

• Offer rarer and harder-to-find roses

• Dispatch roses at the most suitable planting time

Expected Dispatch Timing

Our pre-orders are dispatched during winter May to July once new season stock has arrived in from our various growers around New Zealand.

They are available potted for nursery pick up or sent bareroot to save you on shipping costs.

We aim to send all of your roses together in a single shipment where possible. However, if one or two varieties are taking slightly longer than the rest of your order, we may occasionally dispatch plants in two separate shipments to avoid unnecessarily delaying the roses that are ready.

Communication & Updates

You will receive:

• An order confirmation email after purchase

• A dispatch notification once your order is shipped

• Additional updates if there are any important seasonal delays or changes.

• Due to the nature of growing roses some varieties may not be available every season due to growth &/or weather issues, if your selection becomes unavailable you will be notified as soon as we are aware of the unavailability
